Chinese Development Assistance Council's Mission is to help students improve their studies, develop maximum potential and to build self esteem.

The Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) Student Service Centres (SSC) are set up to provide a condusive environment for study and other learning activities for between the ages of 6 and 18 years old. Each SSC aims to maintain a good learning environment and offer meaningful programmes to help students cope with their studies and social lives Each SSC is a community project between CDAC and Local Grassroots Organisations. It is run by the community for the community.
