GUIDELINES ON APPLICATION FOR YEW TEE CCC & PCF YEW TEE BRANCH BURSARY

1 Objective
To provide financial assistance to needy and meritorious students in Yew Tee Constituency.

2 Eligibility
Applicant who meet the following criteria can apply for the award:
(a) Singapore Citizen/ PR residing in Yew Tee Constituency;
(b) Student of any Government School, Government-Aided School or Institute of Higher Learning (IHL)
(c) Gross monthly household income of family members staying in the same household (excluding overtime, shift allowance, bonuses and entertainment) must be below $300 per member of household;
(d) At least a pass in latest results; and
(e) Not in receipt of other bursary/scholarship/grant.

3 Supporting Documents
Application will not be accepted if any of the following required documents are not submitted together with the application form:
(a) A photostated copy of applicant's birth certificate or identity card;
(b) Latest payslips of all family members within the household;
(c) Current CPF statement or the latest income tax statement for all self-employed family members; and
(d) A photostated copy of the latest result slip duly endorsed by school/IHL.

4 Procedure
Only original application form duly endorsed by school/IHL will be accepted. The Selection Committee's decision is final. Enquiries on the selection decision will not be entertained.
